What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 11am. If you arrive earlier we will gladly keep your luggage, and if you leave later you can ask for late check-out until 2pm, whenever availability allows.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, and it is served from 7am to 11am at the Brezza Restaurant or on the terrace: a savoury and sweet buffet, with home-baked bread. In your room it is a separate service, which you can request from here.
Is there parking?
Yes, private parking inside the property, free for guests. There is no need to book it; if a space near the entrance would suit you, just ask us from here.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small and medium-sized dogs are welcome at 15 € a night. They cannot enter the pool area or the restaurant; a bowl and a bed are available in your room on request.
When is the pool open?
The indoor infinity pool and the relaxation area are open every day from 7am to 9pm. Sauna and steam room from 2pm to 9pm, the treatment cabins from 10am to 8pm by appointment. Access is included for guests, from the age of sixteen.
How do I get here from the airport?
Verona Villafranca is a 40-minute drive. You can book a private transfer from here, or take the bus to Verona Porta Nuova and then the 163 to Garda. From the station, six kilometres away, we will come and pick you up.
Is smoking allowed?
Not in the rooms or indoors. The terrace, the garden and the room balconies are available to those who smoke.
Do you take cards?
Yes, all the main credit and debit cards and payment from a phone, at the bar and the restaurant too.
What category is the hotel?
We are a four-star superior with forty-two rooms and suites over five floors. In practice that means reception from 7am to 10pm, a concierge from 8am to 8pm, the Brezza Restaurant and the eight hundred square metres of the Aurora Spa: everything you find in this app is ours and run by us.
Is the restaurant open to people not staying at the hotel?
Yes, the Brezza Restaurant is open to everyone. Thirty-six seats inside and twenty-four on the terrace from April to October; the terrace needs a reservation, and we confirm by email within a few hours.
How are the experiences booked?
The day before, by 6pm: sunrise by boat, crossing at sunset, chef's table, market and kitchen, the olive path and yoga on the jetty. Ask us from here and we will arrange it.
